Travel to Constanta

The international airport "Mihail Kogalniceanu" is located near Contanta.
During summer time there are available charter flights from various European airports.
You may reach Constanta also by train or car.

The "Henry Coanda" international airport, located in Otopeni, near Bucharest.

To get from "Henry Coanda" international airport to the conference site you may take the following steps:

Go from the airport to the main train station in Bucharest, called "Gara de Nord" (North Train Station) either by
- Bus 780 (see the plan as a DOC or a PDF file)
- By express train, which goes directy into the "Gara de Nord" (ask at the Information for more details)
Go from Bucharest to Constanta (see the trains program as DOC or PDF file)

Go from Constanta's main train station to the conference site, Ovidiul University, 124 Mamaia Blvd., 900527 Constanta by:
- Taxi
- Electric buses 40 or 40C
- Minibus 301

Visa Information:

Participants from USA, Canada, most European and many non-European countries do not need Romanian visas. Please contact the Romanian Embassy or Consulate in your own country to verify whether you need or not a visa. For visa information you can access the web page of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (www.mae.ro) . If you do need a visa, a personal invitation letter may be necessary. The Organizing Committee will provide it upon request.
